Access and parking options
At our guesthouse, we offer the convenience of stopping nearby to unload your luggage. You can stop directly close to the building (one day before your arrival, you will receive a video with all the necessary information), making both your arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free.
We also provide three parking options to meet the different needs of our guests:
- Free parking – Piazza Prader:
Just a few minutes’ walk from our guesthouse, this parking area offers a cost-free solution and is ideal for guests looking to save on parking fees. Please note that the parking lot is not available on Tuesdays and Fridays due to the weekly market. - Paid parking – Parkhaus Huber:
Located just 150 meters from the guesthouse, this covered garage offers full protection for your vehicle, ensuring safety and shelter from weather conditions. The daily rate for 24 hours is €17, payable directly on site. - Paid parking – Blue zones:
There are blue parking zones nearby that offer a flexible solution for short- or medium-term parking. Tickets can easily be purchased at the parking meters along the streets. Charges apply from Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The average hourly rate is €2.50/hour. Please pay special attention to street cleaning schedules and traffic signs.
Cancellation policy
Flexible Rate – 7 Days
With our Flexible Rate – 7 Days, you have the freedom to adjust your plans with peace of mind:
- Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date.
- After 7 days: If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the total booking amount will be charged at 100%.
- Service fees: Please note that depending on the selected payment method, service fees may apply and are non-refundable as determined by the payment provider.

Do you accept pets in the accommodation?
We love animals, but to ensure all guests a peaceful and allergen-free stay, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets in the structure. Thank you for your understanding!
How far is the Merano Thermal Baths? Are you a partner of the Thermal Baths?
The Merano Thermal Baths are just about a 10-minute walk from our Guesthouse.
Yes, we are official partners of the Thermal Baths, which allows our guests to benefit from exclusive discounts on admission, MYSPA treatments, and gym access. Another great reason to relax with us!
Do you have the Alto Adige GuestPass?
Yes, all our guests receive the Alto Adige GuestPass free of charge, which allows unlimited use of public transport throughout South Tyrol and free or discounted access to many attractions and museums in the region. An extra benefit to explore the area freely!
Does the Guesthouse have parking?
We offer convenient access for luggage drop-off directly near the property, with an information video sent before arrival.
For parking, we offer three options:
- Free parking in Piazza Prader (not available on Tuesdays and Fridays),
- Covered parking Huber 150 m away, with a special rate of €17/24h,
- Blue line street parking nearby, payable from 8:00 to 19:00.
Do you have an elevator?
An elevator is not available in the property as the building, located in the center of Merano, is subject to architectural restrictions that do not allow installation. All rooms are located on the second floor and are easily accessible by stairs.
Do you offer massage and SPA services?
No, our Guesthouse does not have an internal SPA.
However, as official partners of the Merano Thermal Baths, our guests can enjoy exclusive benefits on entry, MYSPA treatments, and gym access – for a premium wellness experience just a few minutes’ walk from the property.
